How many cards are in your decks?
Our playing card deck has 54 cards: four suits (Diamonds, Clubs, Hearts, Spades) of 13 cards and two Jokers.
Our deck of Tarot cards has 78 cards: four suits (Wands, Pentacles, Cups, Swords) of 14 cards and 22 cards from the Major Arcana.

Where do you ship your decks?
We ship to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. If you're located outside of those countries, we recommend ordering from our stockist Keller Kreuzberg. 

Where can I buy your decks offline?
We are stocked at many shops around Germany, Austria, and the Netherlands. If you are interested in retailing our decks, we'd love to hear from you.

How can I apply discount codes?
Discount codes can be entered at checkout, on the payment page.

How can I track my order?
We have a tracking portal for you to see the status of your delivery.

What's your return policy?
We want you to love your order. We offer refunds, returns, and replacements within 30 days after you've received your order.
