Refund policy

The TLDR: We're happy when you're happy. If something is off, or you are unhappy with your order, please request a refund, return, or replacement within 14 days from your customer account.

Digital downloads are not available for returns of refunds once they have been fulfilled, and we are not able to cover the costs of shipping returned products.

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as you receive it so we can help make it right. If the refund is approved, you will be notified right away, and refunded on your original payment method.
