We ship all products to Germany, Austria, Switzerland, France, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg. 

Orders in Germany over €50 ship free.

Many of our products are also now available to ship to the US. Shipment time to the US can be two-three weeks, and US customers are responsible for any applicable duties or tariffs upon delivery. 

Fulfilment time

Puzzles are fulfilled within 5 business days; all other products are usually fulfilled within one business day.
