What’s included in the Tarot Bundle?

The bundle contains two complete RWS tarot decks: the Ancestral Healing Tarot Deck and the Club Tarot Deck. Each comes with its own guidebook and full set of at least 78 cards.

How do the two decks differ?

The Ancestral Healing Tarot Deck is an advanced tarot deck for healing, with collage artwork celebrating black and indigenous wisdom. The Club Tarot Deck is a beginner-friendly tarot deck with minimalist illustrations inspired by Berlin’s Club Mate culture.

Are these decks suitable for beginners?

Club Tarot Deck is ideal for beginners, while the Ancestral Healing Tarot Deck offers more depth for intermediate to advanced readers. Together, they're a great pair as you learn and grow as a Tarot reader.

Are these decks inclusive?

Both decks were created by LGBTQIA+ artists and feature inclusive artwork and queer representation.

How are the decks produced?

Both decks are printed Cradle to Cradle certified Silver in Melk, Austria. This means: only renewable energy was used in production, and the materials (FSC-certified paper and non-toxic inks) are safe and fully recyclable.

Pollution footprint

We aim for a net positive impact from our product's production, transport, and consumption. 

About 1,19kg CO2e is emitted from making the two decks. This includes production of the paper, plates, and inks, the printing itself, and the delivery from our supplier in Austria to our warehouse in Berlin. Our supplier offsets 1,31kg CO2e per deck via climate protection measures onsite and reforestation projects in the Global South.

About the Artist

Care‭ (‬they/them‭) ‬is a light-skinned Black trans non binary abolitionist somatic practitioner‭, ‬artist &‭ ‬doula who works on re-membering embodied experiences of awe‭, ‬connection‭, ‬miracles‭ ‬&‭ ‬care‭.‬ Their work blooms at the intersection of Black in‭teriority‭, ‬somatic memory and queer intimacies‭.‬

Always reflecting on their longing for home and belonging‭, ‬they create rituals‭ ‬&‭ ‬ceremo‭nies as portals through which displaced peo‭ple can step into a healing‭, ‬imaginative space unburdened by colonialism's many violences‭.‬ Their practice draws from ancestral knowl‭edge and seeks to re-enact and/or recreate rituals. Their practice is grounded in an inti‭mate relationship with the land‭, ‬ancestors‭,‬ Spirit‭, ‬the Elements‭ ‬&‭ ‬the more than human‭.‬

Care studies‭, ‬professionally practices and teaches astrology‭, ‬tarot‭, ‬Reiki‭, ‬hypnosis‭, ‬somatics‭, ‬Transfor‭mative Justice and doula work in Berlin‭, ‬Germany‭.‬ They are the creator of the radio show called The Somatics of Care hosted by Refuge Worldwide and the creator of the Ancestral Healing Tarot deck‭.‬
