Shipping costs
Orders in 🇩🇪 Germany over €40 ship free.
Shipping costs & options are displayed on the order confirmation page at checkout.
🇺🇸 Customers from the US can choose to have their shipment tracked for an additional fee; otherwise, shipments will be sent without tracking to reduce costs for you. Customers from the US are responsible for all customs duties and taxes incurred when importing goods into the US.
Fulfilment times
Puzzles are fulfilled within 5 business days; all other products are usually fulfilled within one business day.
Delivery times
Shipments are usually delivered within 🇩🇪 Germany within 1 week after shipment, and within 🇪🇺 the EEA 2 weeks after shipment.
Tracked shipments to 🇺🇸 the US can take up to 15 days for delivery after shipment. Untracked shipments to 🇺🇸 the US can take up to 45 days for delivery after shipment. It's a long boat ride, thanks for your patience! 🚣
