Care, the creator of The Ancestral Healing Tarot Deck, will guide a somatic practice called Elemental Centering, inspired by the four additional cards in the Ancestral Healing TarotDeck —Fire, Air, Water, and Earth. Together, we will re-member what we truly care about, exploring the ancient wisdom of the elements as mirrors to our inherent longings.
Somatics reminds us that we take the shape of what we practice most—and that we are always practicing something. At our core, we are shaped by four intrinsic needs: safety, dignity, belonging and connection.
How do we take the shape of what we most care about in a world that seeks to erase or deny us? How do we honor the wisdom blooming at the crossroads of fear, rage, and grief? How do we, in the secret language of our bodies, re-member the abundance we have always been?
Through the teachings of Fire, Air, Water, and Earth, we will deepen our understanding of safety, dignity, belonging, and connection. Together, we will practice centering in what truly matters, inviting the elements to guide us back to ourselves and to each other.
The guided somatic practice will begin at 18:30 and last about 25 minutes. Before and after, all are welcome to meet Care and learn more about the Ancestral Healing Tarot Deck.
