Shipping costs

Orders in 🇩🇪 Germany over €50 ship free.

🇺🇸 As of 25 August 2025, DHL service to the US is currently paused while they work out how to implement new US customs rules, following an executive order to eliminate de minimis at short notice. More information here.

Fulfilment times

Puzzles are fulfilled within 5 business days; all other products are usually fulfilled within one business day. 

Delivery times

Shipments are usually delivered within 🇩🇪 Germany within 1 week after shipment, and within 🇪🇺 the EEA 2 weeks after shipment.
