Refund Policy

We're happy when you're happy. If something is off, or you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to team@polarembassy.com.

We offer refunds, returns, and replacements within 30 days after you've received your order. If your order arrived damaged or defective, please let us know as soon as you receive it so we can help make it right. We'll let you know when we have received your request to start a refund, return, or replacement. If the refund is approved, you will be notified right away, and refunded on your original payment method.
